Clients, and/or their designated Conference Planner, must work with their GR assigned Event Manager to establish technical needs and equipment placement for audio/video services for their event.

The GR provides professional A/V service; however this service is not exclusive. Clients may use A/Vcontractors to provide stand alone A/V systems. Non-GR audio equipment may not be patched into the GR sound system.

GR provides clients with:
• mobile projection screens
• efficient LCD projectors
• mobile LCD/plasma screens
• mobile audio equipment
• equipment for video conferences
• simultaneous translation equipment

We provide multimedia equipment in cooperation with our contractual partners.
If clients choose to use the GR technical equipment, the following standard formats are prefered:
• DVD
• PowerPoint
• JPEG and other computer formats
